1 ½ parts Sugar Island Spiced Rum
1 parts Pineapple Juice
¼ parts Fresh Lemon Juice
½ parts Mint and Brown Sugar syrup
Directions: In a mixing tin, pour mint syrup and a few extra mint leaves into the tin and crush with a muddler. Add all other ingredients shake and strain over crushed ice in a tin or copper cup. Garnish with mint and a pineapple slice.
